Refund & Return Policy

This Returns Policy refers to Oz Gold Shop ABN: 84 908 336 951 and our business dealings with our customers.

You may return items purchased through our online shop if: 

(a) the item is broken or not fit for purpose, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund.

(b) for change of mind (within 14 days of receiving) - in which case the item can be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

You can return your items to us by: Contacting our customer support via email at ozgoldshop@gmail.com You'll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.

If you return your items via shipping or post: 

  1. all shipping return charges must be pre-paid by the customer.

  2. you are responsible for any damage or loss to the item until it is delivered back to us. We strongly suggest you insure your return delivery to protect against loss or damage. You need to include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package and ship the return package to:

We will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including any shipping or insurance charges, unless the item is faulty.

Change of Mind Policy

Our Change of Mind Policy doesn’t apply to the following items:

  1. earrings

  2. resized rings

  3. custom makes

If you change your mind about an item you have purchased from our online shop, we will happily exchange for an item/items from our catalogue to equal or lesser value, as long as:

  1. you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

  2. the item is in the condition it was purchased in

  3. It is returned in original packaging

  4. It is returned with any paperwork (eg. Valuations)

Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to, and in no way limits, your legal entitlement and existing rights under Australian Consumer Law.
